The GRC team is experienced in the formation of capital Investment opportunities into Specialty Medical, Multi- Family, Assisted Living Facilities, Hospitality Finance and other Business opportunities.
GRC comprehensively focuses on offering EB-5 compliant capital investment opportunities into new commercial enterprises (real estate projects along with Business Ventures) into the above asset classes, but may consider other well conceived opportunities.

Nikki John

Nikki John is the Operations Manager for Panthera Financial and helps oversee and manage other Business ventures within the Company. Nikki is ambitious with proven abilities in
Managing projects, improving efficiency of operations, team building and detailing project information to determine effective functions. Able to identify areas of strength and weakness, implement company policies, standards, and changes in operation and systems that optimize productivity.

Areas of expertise include strategic planning, Manager/Motivator, Organizational Development, Coordinates with all the departments within the company to ensure that all things work smoothly.

Clyde Ford

Clyde Ford is the President of Fort Washington Financial, and CEO of Triton Corporate Services, Inc., and Point Sur Wealth Management, Inc. He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration-Business Law from California State University Fresno in 1980 and his MBA from the Craig School in 1985. He earned his CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and International Foundation for Employee Benefit Plans, and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, as certified analyst by the John M. Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and the Center for Fiduciary Studies.

His work history includes Assistant Vice President of Marketing & Planning at a large Pediatric regional Hospital, Twenty-nine years working as the Executive Vice President of a technical third party qualified retirement plan administrator providing services to over 1,200 retirement plans and trusts, and overseeing a staff of 30 dedicated administrators. He has designed, written, and managed more than 1,500 qualified retirement trusts. Today, he and the Fort Washington group serve primarily as plan fiduciaries managing defined contribution and defined benefit assets and as wealth managers for professionals and their staff

Clyde has served in volunteer leadership positions for a billion dollar per year healthcare national nonprofit,, was one of the founders of Triton Flight for Heroes, a non-profit benefiting active duty military and their dependents, and served on the Board for The foundation for Clovis Unified. Clyde was the past president of the Fresno State Alumni Association, where he served the board for more than twelve years, and continues to serve on the finance and scholarship committee.

Ford serves as a financial consultant and analyst for Genesis Regional Center.

Brad Morris

Brad Morris is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Panthera Finance company, with alignment with various funding sources on debt to acquire development land and income producing real estate properties, for short and long-term investment and/or resale. Brad has diversified business experience in real estate involving: sales, appraisals, development, construction, finance, consulting, and syndication's.

Forty-two years specializing in real estate income property investments (commercial, industrial and multi-family), along with commercial mortgages (both wholesale and retail), brokerage and land development services. Duties included coordination of all corporate planning, coordination of the arrangement of financing for the construction and development; and upon completion and/or acquisition performed real estate property management services. Preparation of documents for the approval of project entitlements, including environmental impact reports, parcel maps and public hearing related to such properties. Brad supervised engineers, architects and consultants of the required reports, plans, etc. to receive the proper land planning approvals.

Previously developed, constructed, and sold subdivision properties and homes in the San Joaquin Valley and surrounding mountain communities and in Northwest Colorado and Southern Oregon. Have substantial field experience in relation to scheduling and cost containment of a specific project or contact assignment.

Brad is a Broker/Associate with Colliers Tingey International, Inc. a major Real Estate Brokerage Company, with Brad specializing in land and income investment properties. Brad completed the acquisition , development and rehab on over 500 apartments and facilitation of Tax Credit Affordable Housing projects along with the closing with Tax Exempt Bond financing. Brad consulted on acquisition of over 300 lots, construction of homes and apartments with various owners completed development and construction of over 70 single family homes; in California, Colorado and Oregon.

Brad has established a strategic investment group for equity and has established a EB-5 Regional Center, as "Genesis Regional Center, LLC".
Currently under development on a series of Dialysis Clinic buildings in San Joaquin Valley and Los Angeles, California.
